This would be hugely helpful for me as I often take on project specific consulting/coaching contracts that are not ongoing. Having the transparency of a neutral clock would be great for managing client expectations and billing

I'd love your ideas/feedback on this as we look to build this out. The first version of this will be to simply display a tally of the total time in a private conversation/huddle. As admin, you'll be able to manually edit this tally if needed.
Questions:
- Would you like to see this tally broken down by month?
- How much time would you expect to allocate for a text response? The estimated reading time for the text?
Edward Grzywinski
Gavin Hammar: 1. It would be helpful to eventually see the tally broken down by month as well as total time.
- I'm not as concerned about text responses personally, but would find tallying lengthy responses (say those that take more than a certain amount of seconds to read (lets say 20sec, maybe something like 100 words) start counting.
Because I might feel weird nickel-and-diming someone in the tally simply for saying 'ok' or a 👍 emoji.
I'm flexible to what is eventually decided, but those are my current thoughts at the moment.

Gavin Hammar: a few thoughts:
- I'd like the ability to see the tally in aggregate or by month, to enable flexibility if I decide to adopt a monthly subscription model
- I'm fine with the estimated reading time for the text; I also agree with Edward Grzywinski's point about not wanting to nickel-and-dime people
- It'd be helpful to be able to select specific videos or entire threads to exclude from the total time, where the client can see it's been excluded
- I wouldn't want the ability to converse to automatically shut off when the client runs out of purchased time
- If I manually add time to the ticker based on a live virtual session via Zoom/Meet/Teams, I'd want the client to be notified/aware of that
- I wouldn't want any responses to a StoryPrompt to "count" in the tally (e.g., client starts with a few onboarding prompts, I then respond and invite them to my space, which creates a 1:1 conversation/huddle)
- I'd want the ability to turn on or off visibility of the clock for the client (i.e., sometimes the client would see it for awareness of how much time they've used, sometimes it'd only be visible to me for my awareness)
I'm sure I'll have more, but there are a few comments to start!

Gavin Hammar, when this is built, I'd love for it to apply to Huddles as well!
