On Mobile Version Direct Landing Links to Store and Offers In the mobile version, it would be much better if the link I share works as a landing page directly for my store or for a specific offer. This way, my clients would land immediately on the store or the exact offer, without needing to click an additional button to view all offers. It would also be more efficient for social media if I could use direct links in my Linktree that lead straight to my offers. This would help skip an unnecessary step and avoid losing attention or potential customers who may feel there are too many steps to reach their goal.

Loving the gamification component to the platform. I'm off and running with badges! I was wondering if it would be possible to include attendance to live events within the platform as contributing to points/leveling up as standard (like is happening for other engagement types like for text/video/VN posts)? Or at least if we admin can have the stats so perhaps we can manually assign associated badges?

To keep the community active and motivated, I would like to introduce a gamification element where members automatically unlock exclusive freebies when they achieve a new level. Each time a participant reaches a specific milestone or level, they receive access to a reward, such as: PDF guides Audio recordings Exclusive videos These rewards would become automatically visible and accessible in their personal dashboard or profile, creating a sense of progress, achievement, and appreciation. This system would: Encourage consistent participation Increase motivation to stay active Create excitement around progressing to the next level Provide real value and support to members on their journey By making the rewards visible—even the locked ones—it would also inspire curiosity and commitment, as members can see what they can unlock next.

Users want members to be able to expire so for example if they've only paid for 3 months specifically

Users want to be able to control the duration of coupons like for a specific number of months or a one-off coupon

Add the ability to create custom signup questions whose responses can be displayed in the community welcome page/feed.

To reduce the risk of harmful posts reaching audiences of sensitive communities (mental health), I thought it would be great to enhance the moderation on swarm. With the ability to listen/watch out for certain words posts would be escalated to a moderator for review before publishing. It is like a safety net for communities and especially moderators who are not always available to pick up such risky posts. the moderator could then decide to approve or reject and with reject a short reason why (could be drop down or freetext. This would then provide an audit trail incase of disputes. Thanks team Chris Wilson

To be able to limit the amount of purchases of a download, course, membership etc. to create scarcity and or urgency for a product. To be able show that there are only "X" amount of spaces available/or left in a coaching program/product as it's being purchased...as they come into the swarm store.

It'd be nice to create a library of pre-recorded videos that I can add to a campfire or, more likely, a DM / Huddle when a specific topic comes up. I know that I could just create a course in a series of campfires, and then point a client to the specific course video that pertains to the topic we're discussing, but it'd be nice if I could just upload the pre-recorded video in the DM / Huddle directly as though I just recorded it for them. The use case here is that there are questions clients may ask about that are a bit repetitive for me. I'd save time by just recording one video that I can use as needed with each and every client, without having to re-record essentially the same thing.
