To reduce the risk of harmful posts reaching audiences of sensitive communities (mental health), I thought it would be great to enhance the moderation on swarm. With the ability to listen/watch out for certain words posts would be escalated to a moderator for review before publishing. It is like a safety net for communities and especially moderators who are not always available to pick up such risky posts. the moderator could then decide to approve or reject and with reject a short reason why (could be drop down or freetext. This would then provide an audit trail incase of disputes.
