Allow Members to Create Alias / Anonymize

Problem:
Our privacy-focused community (100+ members) discusses sensitive health topics. Members need anonymity from each other, but I require access to their real names to match them with their records in Airtable (case history, AI notes, intake forms, etc.).
Proposed Solution:
Add a profile setting: "Use an alias in community spaces"
When enabled, members enter their chosen alias
Alias displays to other members in: directory searches, DMs, posts, replies, and group chats
Real name remains visible only to community admin/owner
Benefit:
Protects member privacy while maintaining admin's ability to manage records and provide personalized support.

I can't think of a use for this in our community right now. I do wish that it was possible to hide email addresses for more privacy. As long as 1:1 spaces and hubs are private and no one can see the other members' names anywhere in the space, then we're covered. I can see how other businesses might need this.
