I'd like to set a thumbnail once that will be used as a course gallery thumbnail, header of About page, as well as standard thumbnail for each video I upload.

I now have to manually upload my thumbnail for each video/step I add to a course and set this multiple times. It would be a gamechanger for us if we can set a standard one that is applied everywhere by default.
