You can now create short clips from any video with a couple of clicks. Let AI find the best moments, preview them in place, and download the ones you like, ready for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
To create clips:
- Open a reply, click Edit, and go to the Clips tab.
- Click Generate clips. We read the transcript and suggest 3 to 5 moments under 30 seconds, each starting on a strong line and ending on a complete thought.
- Click Preview on any short to watch it. The words it covers light up in the transcript so you can see exactly what’s included.
- Click Render, then Download.
Want a moment the AI didn’t pick? Select the words in the transcript and click Make short.
Shorts use your Style settings, so set the layout to portrait and turn on burned-in captions and they come out ready for social, with your colours and logo already applied.
A few things worth knowing:
- The full video is untouched. Shorts are rendered separately, so make as many as you like.
- Shorts respect your edits. Anything you’ve cut from the video is left out of every short.
- If you change the transcript or Style after generating, we’ll flag the shorts as out of date so you can regenerate.
