Today we're announcing the first of two AI features (part of AI Assist) that promise to make viewing videos less time consuming:
The first of these is a new feature that uses AI to automatically generate jumpcuts, that remove "ums" and other filler words, as well as long silences.
This feature will save you loads of time when playing back video and audio clips — not to mention make everyone sound a whole lot more articulate!
Where to find it:
- If a video has been analyzed by AI, look for the magic wand button at the top right of the video.
- Click the button to instantly remove the filler words and long pauses, or hover over it to view additional details, including what will be cut from the video.
How to enable/disable it:
- If you're in a Space, go to your Space settings and scroll down to AI Assist, where you can toggle this feature on/off.
