Problem:

When new posts are shared in Huddles or Direct Messages, they can often be missed if space members don't actively scroll down. This is particularly important for spaces that have many campfires.

This challenge is compounded since Spaces are automatically de-badged even when their is unviewed content in them still. So, updating that logic might also help solve this. https://storyprompt.canny.io/ideas/p/improved-notificationsbadging

Possible Solution:

Add a floating "Unviewed Posts" or "More" button/indicator at the bottom of the screen when there are unviewed items below the fold.

Tapping on this would bring them to the Huddle/DM with unviewed posts in it.

Providing some kind of indication (particularly on mobile) that there is more content that they haven't seen will help messages not fall through the cracks.
